I’m Asweni, an intuitive instructional designer with a growth mindset and a passion for making learning meaningful.

My journey into the world of Instructional Design began in 2021, when I redesigned a training for my team at Exact Sciences and started creating support tools. I turned complex and overwhelming help guides into clear and empowering solutions intuitively applying core learning principles. Seeing my team embrace the simplified solutions and succeed in their tasks was deeply gratifying. What started as problem-solving became a calling.

I’m deeply curious, always exploring new ideas, and feel driven by a genuine desire to help others succeed. That passion naturally shapes the learning solutions I create.  Learning lights me up and I love designing experiences that spark the same excitement in others.

I am currently exploring the usage of AI in Learning & Development and seeking new opportunities to create a meaningful impact. I'm especially excited about roles that value innovation, continuous improvement, and learner-centered design.
